All questions

IT‑Career‑Gym is a platform for IT professionals and employers: it matches you with a partner for mutual mock interviews, offers quizzes on technologies and languages, a participant rating, and job and resume postings. It runs as two interfaces over shared data — the website and a Telegram bot.

You create a request: pick a direction (IT or a foreign language), a specialization, your own grade and the grade range for your partner. The system looks for a counterpart request that suits both sides and, once a pair is found, shows the contact in your account on the website (My subscriptions). You may also get an email or Telegram notification depending on your settings. You run the interview yourselves — time and format are up to you.

Click "Register" in the top menu, enter your name, email and password, and pick a role — specialist or employer. A confirmation code is sent to that address. You can also sign in with Telegram, in which case no password is needed.

No — Telegram is not required. Registration, partner search for mock interviews, vacancy matching, quizzes and the leaderboard all work on the website. When a pair or vacancy match is found, you see it in the header bell and in your account (My subscriptions, Match history). You can link Telegram in your profile for messenger alerts — it is optional.

The rating is the sum of points from quizzes, pet projects and matches. More practice moves you up. Reviews do not affect it.

The IT Career Gym guide on this site is free. The two architecture courses are on Stepik — price and access live there. On this platform you can open the list, find a mock partner, and take quizzes without buying a “course pack”.

The guide is how to run a paired mock: IT section, languages, a walkthrough checklist. Stepik hosts full courses on System Design and the C4 model. Different formats — we do not glue them into one “learning path”.

You can read the on-site guide and open Stepik without an account. Finding a mock partner or taking a quiz on IT Career Gym needs registration.

Do not leave it as a “read later” tab. Find a partner on the match page or run a quiz. System design sticks when you explain the diagram out loud.

Not yet — we do not draw empty cards for those roles. Security, FDE, and hiring are covered in the blog. If another real course appears, it will land in this list.

    PayJoy is expanding access to smartphone financing and digital credit globally. We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to help launch and scale our financial products—including phone finance, credit line, card, and new initiatives like Super Pacman and Super Monarch—across existing and new markets in LATAM and South Africa.

    This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Design, and GTM/country teams. You will own delivery governance for product launches across your markets: roadmap, dependencies, execution cadence, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration, partnering with regional and global Product leads.

    You'll act as the connective tissue between global product teams and local markets, ensuring local requirements are properly scoped, prioritized, built, tested, and successfully deployed. You'll also build the playbooks, processes, and documentation that let PayJoy scale launches efficiently and compliantly across regions.

    Responsibilities 26

    Program Oversight & Execution

    • Own the end-to-end planning and execution for launching PayJoy's financial products in LATAM and South African markets.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans covering product definition, legal contracts, rollout strategy, and feature delivery timelines.
    • Translate business and market requirements into clearly defined product and engineering deliverables.
    • Partner with Product Managers to define MVP scope and success criteria.
    • Maintain RAID log, decision log, and dependency map; run weekly execution reviews and milestone tracking.
    • Drive sprint planning visibility for market-critical epics and unblock teams to hit milestones.

    Engineering & Systems Coordination

    • Work closely with Engineering to ensure backend systems, APIs, integrations, and configurations are ready for launch.
    • Coordinate delivery of market-specific requirements (e.g., KYC flows, repayment logic, partner integrations, underwriting configurations) across geographies.
    • Own the production readiness checklist: monitoring, logging, alerting, runbooks, on-call coverage, and escalation paths for launch.
    • Coordinate readiness with local partners and vendors (KYC, lender, payments, collections) including certifications, SLAs, and integration timelines.

    Testing & Launch Readiness

    • Lead UAT, Friendly Sales testing, and pilot rollout or limited-market launch.
    • Define test plans and acceptance criteria in partnership with Product and QA; develop and manage test case lists.
    • Track defects, prioritize fixes, and ensure issues are resolved before go-live.
    • Run launch readiness reviews with go/no-go criteria, including rollback and incident response readiness.

    Documentation & Compliance

    • Build and maintain a detailed Product Launch Playbook covering country/product combinations, so launches become repeatable and efficient across regions.
    • Partner with Legal and Risk to gather local regulatory requirements and define product customizations for each market.
    • Ensure all legal decisions, inputs, and audits are properly documented (e.g., in JIRA) and traceable.

    Design & Localization Coordination

    • Collaborate with Product Managers on feature backlogs and technical requirements, helping prioritize as needed.
    • Partner with Design to ensure localized and translated assets and approvals are completed prior to launch.

    Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication

    • Serve as the primary technical program lead across Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Design, Operations, and country teams.
    • Facilitate structured working sessions to align on priorities and resolve trade-offs.
    • Provide weekly written updates to leadership (and Product Review updates) using a standard template covering status, risks, decisions needed, and timeline health.
    • Maintain a scope change log and drive trade-off decisions using DACI or RACI.

    Post-Launch Optimization

    • Establish dashboards to monitor product performance post-launch (approvals, conversion, repayment performance, incident rate, error rate, latency, and funnel drop-off reasons).
    • Partner with Product and Data to identify performance gaps, define a learning agenda, and build the iteration roadmap.
    • Support rapid experimentation and UX/UI improvements following MVP release, tracking enhancements accordingly.
    Qualifications 10
    • 6+ years of experience in technical program management, ideally in fintech or lending.
    • Strong technical fluency, comfortable driving API contracts, integration sequencing, observability requirements, and release governance.
    • Experience launching 0→1 products in new markets or new verticals.
    • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple technical dependencies.
    • Experience building repeatable playbooks, processes, and documentation that let launches scale.
    • Comfortable partnering with Legal and Risk on regulatory requirements and market-specific product customizations.
    • Highly organized, with strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving execution in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong bias for written communication and structured execution (RAID, milestones), and driving alignment across markets and time zones.
    • Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred for LATAM markets. Experience working with global teams across multiple geographies a plus.

    IT‑Career‑Gym helps you find a partner for a practice interview: pick a track (IT or languages), specialization, your grade, and the grade range you want. The system searches website and Telegram requests and notifies you in the account bell when a pair is ready.

    Собеседование вы проводите сами — в удобное время и в выбранном формате. Платформа нужна для мэтча, напоминаний и истории, а не для замены живого разговора.

    Подписки и история

    Активные заявки живут в разделе «Мои подписки»: их можно отключить, пока партнёр не найден. Грейд на карточке не меняется — новую заявку собирают в поиске. Прошедшие моки и отзывы о партнёрах собраны в «Истории».

    Как управлять подписками на поиск партнёра

    Новую заявку с другими грейдами собирают в разделе поиска партнёра. Каждая карточка показывает, идёт ли поиск, и можно ли повторять уже найденных людей.

    Когда подписка находит партнёра

    Найденные люди открываются из карточки заявки. Прошедшие моки и отзывы живут в истории собеседований. Собеседование вы проводите сами — платформа нужна для мэтча и напоминаний.

    Куда писать о мэтче — почта, Telegram или оба канала — настраивается в профиле. Пока подписка активна, можно получить короткое напоминание, что заявка ещё ищет пару.

    Нужно ли платить за челленджи?

    Нет: задания бесплатны для специалистов. Super даёт безлимит энергии на квизы, но не прячет челленджи. У работодателей челленджей нет.

    Ассистент опирается на ваш профиль, историю квизов и загруженное резюме. Ответы приходят структурированным markdown со списками и подсветкой кода. Это тренировка на платформе, а не замена живого интервью.

    Как связан с квизами и мэтчами

    На поиске партнёра есть тизер с переходом в режим Match Helper. В квизах кнопка «Спросить ИИ» открывает чат с темой. Разбор файла — со страницы резюме. Практику закрепите в ПЭТ‑проектах.

    Доступ к чату — на тарифах кандидата от 499 ₽/мес (10 / 30 запросов в день или безлимит на год). Описание режимов на этой странице открыто всем, в том числе без регистрации.

    Да: чат доступен на тарифах кандидата от 499 ₽/мес. На базовом тарифе страница открывается с описанием возможностей и предложением оформить план. Лимит запросов: 10 в день на месяц, 30 на квартал, безлимит на год.

    Как ассистент связан с квизами и мэтчами?

    Из квиза можно нажать «Спросить ИИ» — чат откроется с темой и форматом. В подборе партнёра тизер ведёт в режим Match Helper. Сгенерированные вопросы можно сразу продолжить в разделе квизов, а заявку на мэтч — подтвердить кнопкой в чате.

    Безопасно ли загружать резюме в чат?

    Файл обрабатывается на сервере платформы и не попадает в публичный каталог. В промпт к модели уходит текстовый фрагмент без email и Telegram. История диалогов видна только в вашем аккаунте.

    На каких языках отвечает ассистент?

    • Регистрация и использование аккаунта осуществляется добровольно.
    • Платформа предоставляет услуги по поиску мэтчей, проведению квизов и формированию рейтинга.
    • Исполнитель оставляет за собой право изменять условия соглашения с уведомлением пользователей.
