All questions

IT‑Career‑Gym is a platform for IT professionals and employers: it matches you with a partner for mutual mock interviews, offers quizzes on technologies and languages, a participant rating, and job and resume postings. It runs as two interfaces over shared data — the website and a Telegram bot.

You create a request: pick a direction (IT or a foreign language), a specialization, your own grade and the grade range for your partner. The system looks for a counterpart request that suits both sides and, once a pair is found, shows the contact in your account on the website (My subscriptions). You may also get an email or Telegram notification depending on your settings. You run the interview yourselves — time and format are up to you.

Click "Register" in the top menu, enter your name, email and password, and pick a role — specialist or employer. A confirmation code is sent to that address. You can also sign in with Telegram, in which case no password is needed.

No — Telegram is not required. Registration, partner search for mock interviews, vacancy matching, quizzes and the leaderboard all work on the website. When a pair or vacancy match is found, you see it in the header bell and in your account (My subscriptions, Match history). You can link Telegram in your profile for messenger alerts — it is optional.

The rating is the sum of points from quizzes, pet projects and matches. More practice moves you up. Reviews do not affect it.

The IT Career Gym guide on this site is free. The two architecture courses are on Stepik — price and access live there. On this platform you can open the list, find a mock partner, and take quizzes without buying a “course pack”.

The guide is how to run a paired mock: IT section, languages, a walkthrough checklist. Stepik hosts full courses on System Design and the C4 model. Different formats — we do not glue them into one “learning path”.

You can read the on-site guide and open Stepik without an account. Finding a mock partner or taking a quiz on IT Career Gym needs registration.

Do not leave it as a “read later” tab. Find a partner on the match page or run a quiz. System design sticks when you explain the diagram out loud.

Not yet — we do not draw empty cards for those roles. Security, FDE, and hiring are covered in the blog. If another real course appears, it will land in this list.

    As part of our fast-growing pace, we are seeking an AI Systems Engineer to own the delivery, model-serving, routing, and observability layer of AI-native platform. These are the systems that ship, run, and make fully visible every AI workload. Within the Hybrid AI Multi-Environment Runtime, this role owns how AI services and agents are built and deployed, how models execute, how requests are routed to them, how AI assets are catalogued and governed, how consumption is measured and bounded, and how the entire platform is observed across cloud, on-prem, edge, and air-gapped environments.

    This role owns the delivery and runtime surface, including the CI/CD/CV pipelines that ship AI workloads, secure model execution, semantic routing, and model/prompt selection, together with the governance, discovery, cost, and telemetry systems that keep AI workloads shippable, economical, discoverable, and transparent.

    This role is ideal for an engineer who is equally comfortable building automated delivery pipelines, operating high-performance inference (GPUs, model servers, sandboxed execution), and building deep observability and cost visibility; who understands that in regulated contexts every AI workload must be delivered repeatedly and every AI request must be economically bounded, attributable, and traceable end-to-end.

    Responsibilities 8
    • Own DevOps and delivery for AI workloads: build and operate the CI/CD/CV pipelines that ship AI services, agents, and runtime components, including automated build, test, continuous verification, release, and rollback, so AI workloads are delivered repeatedly and safely into every environment.
    • Own governance and discovery for AI assets, including service catalog/registry (Artifactory/Nexus, Harbor), experiment tracking and model metadata (MLflow), upstream registries/mirrors (HuggingFace/NGC), CVE/SBOM scanning (Trivy), lineage contracts (OpenLineage), and license management.
    • Own resource and cost management, including quotas and rate limits, cost attribution and utilization (Apptio/OpenCost/Kubecost), so AI execution stays economically bounded and controllable per tenant and engagement.
    • Own the full observability stack, including metrics (Prometheus/Mimir), logs (Loki), traces (Tempo/Jaeger), dashboards (Grafana), LLM debugging and evaluation (LangSmith/Langfuse), and SLA/alert notifications.
    • Own the OpenTelemetry collection layer, including multi-tenant receiver, exporters and queues (Kafka sink), DCGM exporter for GPU telemetry, processor batching, and dynamic filtering, so every signal is captured and routed reliably.
    • Automate GitOps-based delivery and continuous verification; embedding quality, integrity, and cost gates into pipelines so releases are policy-compliant by default rather than by manual review.
    • Close the loop between delivery and observability by using telemetry, evaluation, and cost signals to drive deployment decisions, progressive rollout, and automated rollback of AI workloads.
    • Ensure cost and telemetry are identity-stamped and per-tenant, so consumption and behavior are attributable end-to-end, keeping FinOps and observability tied to the workloads that generate the load.
    Requirements 7
    • Strong DevOps expertise: CI/CD/CV pipeline design, GitOps, continuous verification, and progressive/automated release and rollback for production workloads.
    • Deep expertise operating model-serving and inference systems (Ray, vLLM/Triton/NIM) on GPUs at production scale.
    • Deep observability skills: metrics, logs, traces, and OpenTelemetry.
    • FinOps mindset: able to attribute, bound, and optimize AI consumption cost per tenant and workload.
    • Familiarity with model/artifact governance, registries, CVE scanning, and license/lineage tracking.
    • Comfortable operating across cloud, on-prem, edge, and air-gapped environments with consistent runtime and telemetry semantics.
    • Strong communicator able to explain runtime, cost, and observability tradeoffs to engineers, architects, and leadership.
    Qualifications 10
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
    • 8+ years in DevOps, MLOps, platform, or observability engineering, with hands-on production ownership of AI or high-throughput services.
    • Strong hands-on DevOps experience, including CI/CD/CV pipelines and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD, Helm, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, or equivalents) for automated build, test, release, and rollback.
    • Hands-on expertise operating inference/model-serving frameworks (Ray Serve, vLLM, Triton, or NIM) on GPU infrastructure.
    • Strong experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo/Jaeger) and OpenTelemetry.
    • Experience with API gateways and request routing (Envoy or equivalent), including streaming responses.
    • Experience with cost management / FinOps tooling (OpenCost, Kubecost, or equivalent) and quota/rate-limit enforcement.
    • Familiarity with model/artifact registries and supply-chain scanning (Harbor, MLflow, Trivy/SBOM).
    • Proven track record operating AI or service infrastructure under compliance, security, or regulatory constraints.
    • Ability to define clean ownership boundaries and consumption contracts with platform, trust, and data teams.
    Nice to Have 6
    • Experience with LLM evaluation and debugging tooling (LangSmith, Langfuse) and prompt/response quality measurement.
    • Experience with sandboxed/secure execution (gVisor, Firecracker, or microVM isolation) for untrusted or multi-tenant workloads.
    • Familiarity with GPU telemetry (DCGM) and GPU utilization optimization.
    • Experience with lineage and governance contracts (OpenLineage) and AI license management.
    • Exposure to multi-tenant cost attribution and per-tenant SLA/alerting.
    • Exposure to regulated delivery environments (financial services, tax, healthcare, risk).

    Собеседование вы проводите сами — в удобное время и в выбранном формате. Платформа нужна для мэтча, напоминаний и истории, а не для замены живого разговора.

    Активные заявки живут в разделе «Мои подписки»: их можно отключить, пока партнёр не найден. Грейд на карточке не меняется — новую заявку собирают в поиске. Прошедшие моки и отзывы о партнёрах собраны в «Истории».

    Как управлять подписками на поиск партнёра

    В «Моих подписках» хранятся заявки на поиск пары для мок-собеседования: специализация, свой грейд и диапазон грейда партнёра. Подписку можно поставить на паузу или удалить — грейд на карточке не редактируется.

    Новую заявку с другими грейдами собирают в разделе поиска партнёра. Каждая карточка показывает, идёт ли поиск, и можно ли повторять уже найденных людей.

    Когда подписка находит партнёра

    Найденные люди открываются из карточки заявки. Прошедшие моки и отзывы живут в истории собеседований. Собеседование вы проводите сами — платформа нужна для мэтча и напоминаний.

    Куда писать о мэтче — почта, Telegram или оба канала — настраивается в профиле. Пока подписка активна, можно получить короткое напоминание, что заявка ещё ищет пару.

    Экспресс подходит для разминки перед собеседованием, глубокий — для системной оценки, тематический — чтобы закрыть конкретный пробел. Сложность подстраивается по ходу: после верного ответа следующий вопрос сложнее. Часть вопросов — свободный текст. Результаты попадают в историю попыток и влияют на рейтинг.

    Нужно ли платить за челленджи?

    Нет: задания бесплатны для специалистов. Super даёт безлимит энергии на квизы, но не прячет челленджи. У работодателей челленджей нет.

    Ассистент опирается на ваш профиль, историю квизов и загруженное резюме. Ответы приходят структурированным markdown со списками и подсветкой кода. Это тренировка на платформе, а не замена живого интервью.

    Как связан с квизами и мэтчами

    На поиске партнёра есть тизер с переходом в режим Match Helper. В квизах кнопка «Спросить ИИ» открывает чат с темой. Разбор файла — со страницы резюме. Практику закрепите в ПЭТ‑проектах.

    Доступ к чату — на тарифах кандидата от 499 ₽/мес (10 / 30 запросов в день или безлимит на год). Описание режимов на этой странице открыто всем, в том числе без регистрации.

    Безопасно ли загружать резюме в чат?

    Файл обрабатывается на сервере платформы и не попадает в публичный каталог. В промпт к модели уходит текстовый фрагмент без email и Telegram. История диалогов видна только в вашем аккаунте.
