• Develop and deliver reporting, dashboards and analytics solutions that support business performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into practical data-driven solutions.
• Build, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, semantic models and reporting tools.
• Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Provide timely and accurate analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and support the successful adoption of reporting solutions.
• Monitor, maintain and continuously improve existing reporting and analytics products.
• Support data governance, reporting standards and KPI frameworks across the business.
• Document data models, business definitions and reporting processes to ensure consistency and continuity.
• Work with data owners and technical teams to source, validate and prepare data for analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Parts & Services data and analytics environment.
• Champion safe work practices and maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.

You are comfortable working with large data sets, can communicate complex information in a clear and practical way, and enjoy collaborating across multiple business functions. Your ability to understand business needs and translate them into impactful reporting solutions will be key to your success.

• Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting or a related discipline.
• Advanced Power BI skills, including data modelling, semantic models and dashboard development.
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting, dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Experience working with Databricks or modern data platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical, data-driven solutions.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality and reporting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with automation, AI-enabled capabilities or emerging analytics technologies will be highly regarded.
• Relevant qualifications in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology or a related discipline will be advantageous.
