Overall Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and convert business objectives into functional specifications and user stories.
• Design end-to-end payment flows across ACH, Fedwire, CHIPS, SEPA, instant payments, and SWIFT.
• Define clearing cycles, cut-off times, settlement processes, routing rules, and exception handling.
• Create data-mapping documents for legacy formats, ISO 20022 XML, API messages, and related payment standards.
• Configure and document domestic and cross-border payment rules.
• Define workflows for returns, rejects, investigations, repairs, and reconciliation.

Experience Requirements

Day-to-Day Activities
