Job Title: Salesforce Integration Developer

Reports to: LATAM Vice President

Work Location/Travel: Remote within Colombia or on-site at client locations. Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required for client engagements.

We’re seeking driven and passionate professionals to join our growing team in Colombia. You’ll collaborate with global experts on cutting-edge projects, deliver tailored solutions for clients, and play a key role in establishing Apex IT’s footprint in LatAm. As part of this growth, we are looking for a motivated Salesforce Integration Developer with practical experience in Salesforce.com and expertise in integration tools . This position is ideal for individuals with a solid grasp of Salesforce configuration and development and a proven ability to integrate Salesforce and external systems using Informatica. We seek someone eager to work on impactful projects and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion processes for loading and synchronizing data into Salesforce.
• Analyze source system data structures and create mapping specifications to Salesforce standard and custom objects.
• Configure and support Salesforce APIs, including REST, SOAP, and Bulk API integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and external teams to define integration requirements and data flows.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, data quality problems, and system connectivity challenges.
• Support integration testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Document technical designs, interface specifications, and mapping requirements.

• Stay ahead of trends through continuous learning and certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Cloud).
• Work directly with clients to provide strategic insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape our presence in Colombia.
• Share your expertise with team members and clients, fostering growth and innovation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
