• Customer & Partner Implementation 🔧
• Own or support customer onboarding and implementation projects from planning through handover.
• Configure Sweep for sustainability, carbon accounting, reporting, data management, surveys, workflows, and historical data.
• Translate customer needs into practical platform solutions and operating processes.
• Lead customer meetings, workshops, and implementation discussions.
• Coordinate customers, partners, and internal teams while managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot configuration issues, data quality problems, and workflow errors directly in the platform.
• Work with data: understand customer data structures, map source data to Sweep's data model, and guide customers through data ingestion, transformation, and validation.
• Identify where platform limitations require workarounds or escalation to Engineering, and communicate these clearly.
• Support consulting and reseller partners in using Sweep effectively.
• Ensure clear handovers to Customer Success, including objectives, configuration, decisions, risks, open items, and next steps.
• Share delivery patterns, lessons learned, and reusable approaches across the Delivery team.

2. Platform Expertise & Enablement 📚

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Sweep’s platform and how its modules support customer use cases.
• Deliver tailored training, demonstrations, presentations, and enablement sessions
• Guide customers and partners on implementation, reporting, data management, governance, and adoption.
• Develop familiarity with Sweep's API, data connectors, and integration patterns to support customers with more complex technical setups.
• Help customers become confident and autonomous users.
• Turn recurring questions and delivery challenges into practical guidance, templates, playbooks, and other enablement materials.
• Use Sweep’s AI features responsibly, explaining their benefits and limitations and reinforcing human review, data-quality checks, and professional judgment.
• Support colleagues with platform questions and escalate specialist topics when appropriate.

3. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management 🤝

• Manage multiple customer and partner engagements, prioritising according to customer needs, commitments, and business goals.
• Own project plans, timelines, actions, dependencies, documentation, and delivery systems.
• Communicate clearly and proactively about progress, responsibilities, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Identify conflicts or delivery risks early, recommend solutions, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate information, strong follow-through, and consistent delivery standards.

4. Sustainability Advisory & Product Feedback 🌱

• Experience in customer delivery, consulting, project management, sustainability, carbon accounting, SaaS implementation, or a related field.
• Experience owning customer-facing projects, workstreams, or relationships independently.
• Strong knowledge of carbon accounting, sustainability reporting, climate frameworks, and practical sustainability challenges.
• Experience applying sustainability knowledge in customer, business, or operational contexts.
• Hands-on experience working with SaaS platforms at a configuration or implementation depth — not just as an end user, but understanding how data flows, how modules connect, and how to troubleshoot.
• Familiarity with structured data, spreadsheets, or basic data manipulation (SQL, Excel/Sheets at an advanced level, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Exposure to APIs, integrations, or technical implementations in a customer-facing context is a plus.
• Curiosity about how software products work and a desire to develop deeper technical skills over time.
• Experience facilitating workshops, delivering training, presenting, and recommending practical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working across functions or with external partners.
• Professional fluency in English, including customer meetings, workshops, training, written communication, and difficult conversations.
• Professional fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• A relevant degree is a plus, but equivalent practical experience is equally valued.

You will own customer relationships and implementation work from planning through handover and adoption, with autonomy to manage delivery and adapt to customer needs. You will work across platform capabilities, sustainability requirements, customer processes, and stakeholder priorities, with support from experienced colleagues when needed.

You will also help improve delivery practices, enablement materials, processes, and knowledge sharing across the Delivery team, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Growth, and external partners.

The role offers a path toward becoming a Senior Platform & Sustainability Expert, with opportunities to lead strategic engagements, coach colleagues, influence delivery standards, and contribute to broader customer and business outcomes. Or, for the right candidate, toward a Customer Engineering function — working at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer delivery on more complex technical implementations, integrations, and platform challenges.
